What are an individual's rights are when he or she encounters law enforcement?  What should families do to prepare? Which local agencies can help?  These questions and more were answered in a "Know Your Rights" Train the Trainers workshop hosted by Lowell Alliance in March 2017, and presented by the Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA).
