Do you have a desire to move toward emotional wellness? Do the daily stresses of life seem baffling and difficult to navigate? Would you like to improve your existing relationships? Join this new 8-week support group for women on Wednesdays, beginning March 7, to learn about how to increase the support you receive from peers, and to experiences new tools that can aid you in regulating emotions.
