Join a multi-cultural luncheon buffet and panel/audience discussion during Lowell Women's Week. The discussion focuses on how Lowell's growth and prosperity from early 19th century to the present is inextricably connected to its immigrant women pioneers. Irish, French Canadian, Greek, Southeast Asian, Portuguese, Hispanic, African and other women who persevered added to the financial stability of their families and preserved their culture and values.
